1. Agreement to Terms

Welcome to IntelliDu! These Terms and Conditions ("Terms", "Agreement") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("User", "you", or "your") and IntelliDu Canada Inc. ("IntelliDu", "we", "us", or "our") governing your access to and use of the IntelliDu website (www.intellidu.com), mobile applications, and all related services (collectively, the "Platform").

1.1 Acceptance of Terms

• You confirm you have read, understood, and agree to these Terms
• You agree to comply with all applicable laws and regulations
• You acknowledge that these Terms apply to all use of the Platform

1.2 Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Changes will be effective upon posting the updated Terms on the Platform, sending email notification (for material changes), and updating the "Last Updated" date. Your continued use after changes constitutes acceptance of the modified Terms.

2. Eligibility and Account Registration

2.1 Age Requirements

You must be at least 16 years of age to use the Platform. Users aged 16–17 must have parental or guardian consent. By creating an account, you represent that you meet these age requirements.

2.2 Account Responsibility

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials, all activities that occur under your account, notifying us immediately of any unauthorized access, and keeping your account information accurate and current.

2.3 Account Restrictions

You may only create one account per person. You may not share your account, create an account using false information, create multiple accounts to abuse promotions, or purchase, sell, or transfer accounts. You may terminate your account any time via account settings or by contacting info@intellidu.com.

3. Automated Analysis and Practice Feedback

IntelliDu uses automated, technology-assisted analysis to provide personalised practice feedback and an estimated practice band. Results are designed to support preparation and improvement and are not an official test score, examiner assessment, or guarantee of performance.

Estimated practice bands are generated by comparing your responses against the published IELTS band descriptors using automated analysis. They are intended as a study aid only and may differ from the score you would receive from an official IELTS examiner.

4. IELTS and Official Testing

IELTS® is a registered trade mark of the IELTS Partners. IntelliDu is an independent English-language test preparation platform and is not affiliated with, endorsed by, sponsored by, or approved by the IELTS Partners, including the British Council, IDP IELTS, or Cambridge University Press & Assessment.

Nothing on the Platform constitutes an official IELTS score, examiner evaluation, or guarantee of your performance on the official test. For official registration, scoring, and results, please refer to the IELTS Partners' official channels.

5. Third-Party Trademarks and No Affiliation

IntelliDu Canada Inc. is an independent IELTS preparation and learning platform. IntelliDu is not affiliated with, endorsed by, approved by, sponsored by, or connected to the British Council, IDP IELTS, Cambridge University Press & Assessment, or any official IELTS test centre.

IELTS® is a registered trademark jointly owned by the British Council, IDP IELTS and Cambridge University Press & Assessment. All other product names, logos, trademarks, and registered trademarks referenced on the Platform are the property of their respective owners.

5.1 Nominative, descriptive use only

Any reference to "IELTS," or to the British Council, IDP IELTS, or Cambridge on the Platform is made solely for descriptive and nominative purposes — to identify the exam that our independent preparation materials are designed to help you prepare for. Such references do not imply any partnership, authorisation, sponsorship, or endorsement by the trademark owners.

IntelliDu describes itself only as an "IELTS Preparation Platform" or "independent IELTS preparation platform." We do not describe ourselves, and you must not describe us, as "official," "authorised," "accredited," or "approved by IELTS," the British Council, IDP IELTS, or Cambridge.

5.2 No official logos or materials

IntelliDu does not use the official IELTS, British Council, IDP IELTS, or Cambridge University Press & Assessment logos, and does not reproduce official IELTS test papers. All practice tests, sample questions, evaluations, estimated practice bands, and educational content are created or provided independently by IntelliDu.

5.3 No official scores

Nothing on the Platform constitutes an official IELTS score, examiner assessment, certificate, or test result. Estimated practice bands and AI-generated feedback are educational study aids only. For official registration, testing, scoring, and results, please refer exclusively to the IELTS Partners' official channels.

6. Acknowledgment and Consent

By clicking "I Agree," creating an account, or using the Platform, you acknowledge that you have read these Terms in full, agree to be bound by them, consent to our Privacy Policy, meet the eligibility requirements, and understand that estimated practice bands are automated estimates — not guarantees — and that IntelliDu is not affiliated with the IELTS Partners.
